Vendor Details:
Space & Sales:
- Mid-County Center will provide each vendor with 10′ x 10′ space with 6-ft table & 2 chairs.
- The vendor is responsible for display arrangements and must provide his/her own setup equipment.
- The vendor is responsible for all booth sales.
- Items sold must be at least 75% handmade. No resales allowed.
- This event will be taking place indoors, rain or shine. We have bathrooms, snacks and refreshments for purchase, and public wifi available. Please let us know if you will need access to an outlet.
- This will be an event that is kid-friendly.
Parking & Set-Up
- Unloading and setting up your space may be done between 8:30-9:30am on the day of the event.
- Unload your items at Mid-County’s entrance in the back then move your car to the National Guard’s parking lot in the front. We will have a volunteer assist at the National Guard’s doors for you to be able to enter and proceed to the Main Room/Gym.
Fees:
- The non-refundable fee for one space is $50.00 if provided at least 30 days in advance of the event. If payment is provided between October 22nd and November 22nd, the fee will be $75.00. If you choose to pay by credit card, an additional credit card fee applies.
Payment can be paid online HERE or a check can be made out to Mid County Center and sent to 1 First Regiment Road, Wilmington DE 19808.
